If we require additional time, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period and may extend our response by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.

We will provide information in response to your request free of charge, up to twice per year. We may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by submitting a written appeal to us at the contact information listed in Section 10. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days and will inform you of any further steps available to you, including the right to contact the Texas Attorney General if you believe your rights have been violated.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures appropriate to the nature and volume of personal data we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
